Once you complete drop off the customer receives a push notification asking them to rate the order and tip.  Customers are not able to place new orders until they take action on rating and tipping in their app.
You will see the tips show up in your Fleet Dashboard or in the Earnings tab of your Fleet App no sooner than 24 hours after you complete the order.  
The tip status will appear as one of the following:
  • Dollar amount of the tip provided.
  • Blank if no tip has been processed.
Even if a customer tips right away, the system will not process that payment for at least 24 hours after the delivery.
