If you’re currently having issues with your GenZe Scooter, please reach out to the GenZe team at firstname.lastname@example.org with all immediate issues. Their customer support team will reply to you at their earliest convenience.
Make sure to include the following items in your email:
- Full Name
- Postmates Email Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Vehicle Type
- Specific Issue
- Exact Vehicle Location (street address when possible)
If you are not currently renting a GenZe Scooter or GenZe E-Bike, do not contact GenZe, as they'll be unable to assist with your issue.
If your vehicle has been stolen or you’ve been involved in an accident, immediately call the police at 9-1-1 for assistance.
