If you’re currently having issues with your GenZe E-bike, please reach out to the GenZe team at postmates.rental@genze.com with all immediate issues. They’re 24/7 customer support team will reply to you at their earliest convenience.

Make sure to include the following items in your email:

  • Full Name
  • Postmates Email Address
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Vehicle Type
  • Specific Issue
  • Exact Vehicle Location (street address when possible)

If you are not currently renting a GenZe Scooter or GenZe E-Bike, do not contact GenZe, as they'll be unable to assist with your issue.

If your vehicle has been stolen or you’ve been involved in an accident, immediately call the police at 9-1-1 for assistance.
