If you’re currently having issues with your GenZe E-bike, please reach out to the GenZe team at with all immediate issues. Their customer support team will reply to you at their earliest convenience.

Make sure to include the following items in your email:

  • Full Name
  • Postmates Email Address
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Vehicle Type
  • Specific Issue
  • Exact Vehicle Location (street address when possible)

If you are not currently renting a GenZe Scooter or GenZe E-Bike, do not contact GenZe, as they'll be unable to assist with your issue.

If your vehicle has been stolen or you’ve been involved in an accident, immediately call the police at 9-1-1 for assistance.
