What if there is an issue while I’m at the pickup?

You can request support in-app from the delivery screen. This is the fastest way to resolve an issue, update your arrival time, notify us if you need more funds on your Postmates card, or let us know if there’s a problem with the items ordered.

 

If you need help while at a merchant

  1. Tap Help on the delivery screen
  2. Tap the Headset button
  3. Select the issue you are experiencing and follow the prompts
