If a customer asks to change their order they will need to cancel the delivery and place a new order.
- Tap ‘Help’ on the delivery screen
- Tap on the Support button
- Select ‘Something Else’
- Choose ‘Customer Changed Order’
If the customer asks you to drop off an order at a different location than what’s shown in the Postmates Fleet app, do not go to the new address as you will not be paid out appropriately. Instead, ask the customer to cancel the order and place a new one using the correct address. You will still receive earnings if the customer cancels the delivery.
