I have an immediate issue on a delivery, how do I contact support?

If you need assistance while on an active delivery, go to Order Details, tap the Headset button, then select the issue you are experiencing. Live Order Support will get back to you with the appropriate next steps via phone or text OR the system will automatically decide what needs to be done. 

Please keep in mind that submitting requests through our Help Center is not a way to contact support while on a delivery, but is instead for any help you may need while offline.
