An order I picked up is damaged or incorrect

If you pick up an order or item that's damaged or incorrect, contact Live Order Support by tapping on "View Pickup Info" then "Support." 

 

We'll contact the customer to see how they want to proceed. Sometimes the customer will want to reorder their items, and sometimes they'll decide not to. If needed, please reorder the corrected items and pay with your Postmates Prepaid Card. Always remember to alert the customer of any changes or if you're running late—this will help maximize your earnings!
