What should I do if the order is prepared wrong or damaged?

If your current order is damaged, simply raise support. We’ll contact the customer and see how they wish to proceed. Sometimes we’ll request you reorder the item or maybe the customer will opt to leave it out. If the order is prepared wrong, please reorder the corrected item(s) and pay with your Postmates card. Always remember to alert your customer of any changes or delays while keeping them updated on your adjusted ETA.
