Use your Postmates Prepaid Card for deliveries that need to be paid for at pickup. You will want to have it with you when going online to accept new delivery offers. We do not provide reimbursements if a personal card or cash is used, so be sure you always use your Postmates Prepaid Card if the order was not already paid for.
If you haven't received a card yet and it's been more than one week since you signed up, or you have lost your card, please click here to order another one free of charge. Your card should arrive within 2-4 business days.
Activating Your Postmates Prepaid Card
After you've received your Postmates Prepaid Card, you can activate it online.
- Visit fleet.postmates.com/card.
- Sign into your Postmates account using your email address.
- Enter your Card Identifier and the last four digits of the card. Please see the screenshots below for the information about the 'identifier' and 'last 4' for clarification.
4. Click Activate Card
Keep in mind, the Postmates Prepaid Card does not have a PIN number attached, so you'll always run it as credit.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a personalized card, the Card Identifier will be your last name.
